I don't own an Oscilloscope can I still use the program.

Yes, the program can have manually filled data, but if graphs are needed the Oscilloscope then will be required to enable both graphs and waveforms to be included in the report.

What sort of Oscilloscope do I need to use?

Fluke 123, Fluke 124 and Fluke 125 Scopemeters.

What type of Clamp Meter would I need to use?

Bnc or shielded cable current clamp, the output of the test CT has to be in a mV/Amp ratio (as the ScopeMeters are only Voltage input devices).

Operating System required to operate AmpleVolts?

The program has been designed for Windows XP and Windows 7 Home or Professional.

Can my AmpleVolts program be loaded on another Computer?

No, each disc has it's own activation serial number and an internal process to make certain it only works on the activated PC it is licensed.

Is there any specific size Laptop required?

Memory required is minimum 1GB Ram and the processor should be Pentium 4 and above. Minimum Laptop size requires a screen resolution of 1024 x 768.

Use of the AmpleVolts Program Overseas.

The program has the default setting of Australian values. These values can be changed manually to suit any country on the setup page.

What is the procedure to purchase the program?

A DEMO disc comes with it's own Packaged Serial Number this entitles the user to a 30 day or 5 free trials with technical support of the program. After expiration of the DEMO, activation into the FULL version is required to generate previously saved data into printed/email reports in PDF formatt. Reports are achieved through a "user pay" scheme where credits are puchased. Alternatively, along with the purchasing of credits in the "user pay" scheme the paying of a yearly subscription fee will provide 24/7 technical support and free upgrades as they become available.      

Do I need to be Electrically licensed to use this Program?

No license is required to use this program on the computer. However, to use the program to record the data from some equipment being tested you will possibly need training on the tested equipment, a Electrical contractors or/and workers license, have a job safety analysis in place, a completed task hazard report and have the correct Personnal Protection Equipment.
